The Element Stream dialog views a node as a sequence of bytes.
The file range control at the top is currently NYI for this dialog.
The contents of the node are displayed, as well a control allowing you to select how to view them (binary, hex, or a string). This dialog is very similar to the external block dialog without the block trailer information - and in fact for nodes represented
by a single external block they are basically identical in the content displayed. The difference is the offsets given are always relative to the node, not the file (they start at zero) - and if a node has an extended block for a data block and thus multiple
external blocks, their contents are concatenated giving a logically flat view of the data.
